Sacred Heart Community Service couldn’t do its job without help from our community, and that’s why your donations are so very important. We currently need donations of the items below. Visit the Donation Station page to learn how you can drop items off at Sacred Heart. Thank you for giving!
- Financial Donations
Your tax deductible donation gives Sacred Heart the ability to invest funds in those programs that need it the most. Even a small donation helps. Please consider giving through our online donation page.
- Gas cards, Bus Passes or Grocery Cards
Customers come to our Housing office seeking shelter. If we can help them with housing, the families are often still in need of help with money for transportation and food. These gift cards offer aid to families who are trying to meet the basic needs of life.
- Survival Sack Donations
We put together survival sacks for the customers we serve who are homeless. We are often low on many of these supplies and have to give them out lacking materials. Items include: any hygiene Items (like toothbrushes, combs, etc. travel size and full size), blankets, backpacks, and first aid kits.
- Recyclables: Egg Cartons, Rubber Bands, and Bags
We also always need clean and serviceable egg cartons, rubber bands, and paper & plastic grocery bags. Reuse and recycle!
- Baby Diapers & Formula (Enfamil with Iron)
We are always in desperate need of diapers and formula at Sacred Heart. These items are an expense far too great for many new mothers who come to Sacred Heart.
- Clothing
All clothing, new or gently used, is accepted at Sacred Heart. Professional clothing, men’s clothing and shoes are always appreciated. Also, new socks and underwear are appreciated.
- Office Supplies
We use a lot of pens in the Welcome Center. Do you have a box of ball point pens? We can put them to use!
