New Volunteers

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Sacred Heart Community Service!

To get started, please follow the steps below.

1. Application: Please fill out a volunteer application here. Please note that completing a volunteer application does not automatically schedule you to volunteer with us. You MUST wait for your personal login information in order to schedule to attend a Volunteer Orientation. 
    
2. Login:  After completing your application you will receive an email with your personal login information (user id and password). Please allow two business days for the Volunteer Office to process your application. If you need help logging in, please click here.
    
3. Volunteer Orientation: Once you receive your login information, you must  schedule your Volunteer Orientation with us. ALL volunteers must schedule and then attend a Volunteer Orientation as their first volunteer experience with us. To see the Volunteer Orientation schedule, please click here. 
    
4. Minors: All minors must submit their completed Parental Permission slip when attending their  scheduled Volunteer Orientation.  No minors will be allowed to attend the Volunteer Orientation or volunteer without the Parental Permission slip.  

At the Volunteer Orientation you will learn more about Sacred Heart, our volunteer opportunities, and how to schedule your future volunteer shifts.

Volunteer Orientation Schedule

Please arrive 15 minutes before the Volunteer Orientation to find parking on our surrounding streets (our parking lot is reserved for our customers) and to check-in at the Volunteer Office.
