We did it!
On November 6th, 2012, 178,123 San Jose voters cast their ballot on behalf of the working poor in our community to raise the minimum wage to $10/hour. Measure D won by a 60% to 40% margin despite being outspent by 2 to 1! This groundbreaking grassroots initiative succeeded because of volunteers like you. Thank you!
PRECINCT WALKS: Volunteers walked on 6 weekends in September, October, and November.
PHONE BANKS: We phoned thousands of voters over 10 nights in October and November.
