Monica Gomez, Vice President

Monica works at Notre Dame High School, Alumnae Relations. She has enjoyed being on the Board of SHCS as the organization provides basic needs for those who need it, as well as giving the clients the tools for their families to survive in Silicon Valley. Monica is also the founder of Amigos de Cesar Chavez, a group dedicated to preserving the life of Cesar Chavez and recognizing farmworkers for their contributions. Every year on March 31, in honor of Cesar Chavez’ birthday, Monica and her family make bag lunches for farmworkers in South County, as a way to thank them for their work. Monica is married and has two daughters and a son.
