How Can I register for a Backpack Appointment?

You will need to have the following:

  • Sacred Heart Membership Number

  • Email or Phone with Texting

  • All children must be in your account before registering.

  • Child birth dates must be between September 2, 2008 – September 1, 2022


How do I become a Sacred Heart Community Service Member?

You can sign up Online!

You will need:

  • Photo ID

  • One of the following for each child (17 & under)

    • Birth Certificate

    • Immunization Card

    • Medical Card


How Can I Add Children to my Account?

  • Visit the Welcome Center with:

    • Birth Certificate, Immunization Card, or Medical Card (for every child 17 & under)
