How Can I register for a Backpack Appointment?

You will need to have the following:
Sacred Heart Membership Number
Email or Phone with Texting
All children must be in your account before registering.
Child birth dates must be between September 2, 2008 – September 1, 2022
How do I become a Sacred Heart Community Service Member?

You can sign up Online!
You will need:
Photo ID
One of the following for each child (17 & under)
Birth Certificate
Immunization Card
Medical Card
How Can I Add Children to my Account?

Visit the Welcome Center with:
Birth Certificate, Immunization Card, or Medical Card (for every child 17 & under)
