As the Director of Homelessness Prevention Partnerships, Pauline Bayati works with the Homelessness Prevention System partner agencies on program implementation. Sacred Heart serves as the lead agency for the Santa Clara County Family Homelessness Prevention System and plays a coordinating role in bringing together partner agencies and developing a cohesive, countywide system. Pauline has over a decade of experience in homeless and housing services and holds a Masters in Counseling from Santa Clara University.
