Welcome to Sacred Heart’s 2025 Holiday Program!
Here you’ll find all the information you need to receive holiday food this season.
Toy registration has reached full capacity and is now closed. However, you do not need to register for holiday food distribution. Simply have your member number ready and come on the scheduled distribution days to receive your holiday food.

We are sorry, Toy Registration is now Closed.
We are very sorry, but we no longer have the capacity to register any more families. If you want to register for special programs in the future, please follow the steps below to register immediately when these programs are available.
To Register for Special Programs in the Future, Please Make Sure you have the Following:
You MUST be a Sacred Heart Community Service member to register for an appointment.
Make sure we have ALL of your children in our database before registering for an appointment, otherwise they will not be eligible
You MUST have a working email or cell phone number. Once registered we will send you the confirmation ticket with your appointment to the email address or cell phone number you provided.
Generally, toy registration begins in November and backpack registration begins in June.

Do I need to register for Holiday Food?
No registration is needed.
Simply come on one of the Holiday Food pickup days in December.
Dates and times will be announced soon — please check back here for updates.
Who can receive holiday food?
All current SHCS members are eligible.
Just bring your membership card with you to check in.
What should I bring to pick up food?
Bring your Sacred Heart membership card — that’s all you need!
You do not need an appointment or registration.

Once you register, your appointment ticket will be:
Emailed or texted to you
Include your appointment day and time
Your ticket is your confirmation and entry pass — you must show it on pickup day.
What happens after I register?
Yes! You can become a member online!
You’ll need:
A picture of your photo ID
A document for each child (birth certificate, medical, or immunization card)
After you complete registration, we’ll email or text your new membership number so you can sign up for the Holiday Gift Program.
I’m not a member. Can I still participate?
Can someone else pick up my gifts for me?
Yes. You can have someone else pick up your gifts if they bring your membership card.
You can get your number by:
Emailing registrationhelp@sacredheartcs.org with your full name and date of birth, or
Visiting our Welcome Center during the following hours:
Mon, Wed, Thu: 9 AM – 3 PM
Tue: 9 AM – 5 PM
Fri: 9 AM – 11 AM
What if I don’t know my Sacred Heart membership number?
How do I add my children to my SHCS account?
Before registering for gifts, visit the Welcome Center with one of the following for each child:
Birth certificate
Medical card
Immunization record
⚠️ Children added after registering will not be eligible.
